CUPS Federal Credit Union is owned by its members and run by a board of directors you elect. You can be confident that financial privacy is a top priority of your credit union. CUPS Federal Credit Union does not share information with other businesses about former members, co-borrowers and guarantors who are not members, or occasional users of credit union services such as money order purchases, except as may be permitted by law.

We want to bring to your attention that there may be instances where you erroneously believe the credit union has released personal information about you. For example, information about a secured loan you have from our credit union may be publicly available in local government records, and a business has compiled this information in order to market you a product that this credit union does not endorse.
