Credit Union of the Providence System (CUPS) Federal Credit Union was originally incorporated in May, 1974, as an employee benefit for Mercy Medical Center, a division of the Sisters of Providence Health System in Springfield, Massachusetts. Since then we have experienced growth in the services we offer and have extended membership to include all Sisters of Providence facilities in the greater Springfield area.   You must be an employee, or a family member of a Sisters of Providence employee, to join CUPS Federal Credit Union.
